Kristi has been working in legal field since 1998, she is a member of the Estonian Bar Association since 2012. Kristi specializes in employment and corporate law. She worked 5 years in a leading law firm Tark Grunte Sutkiene.
She has long-term experience in advising and representing clients in various matters related to employment relationship, disputes and corporate matters, including conclusion and termination of employment agreements, recruiting, remuneration, collective agreements, work safety, data protection and disputes.
Additionally, Kristi’s experience includes advising clients in corporate and commercial law matters and representing clients in civil proceedings in various fields. Kristi has participated as an expert in numerous mergers and acquisitions.
